If you struggle with your relationship to food, you are not alone. Whether you struggle with an eating disorder or are recovering from years of dieting, the concept of ‘normal eating’ may sound very foreign to you. In this webinar, melainie rogers nutrition, llc Nutritionist Chelsea Cook, RD, LDN will lead participants in exploring Ellyn Satter's description of "normal eating." Understanding the principles behind normal eating is an important foundation of developing a healthy relationship to food.

Chelsea Cook, RD, LDN
Chelsea Cook is a registered dietitian and licensed dietitian. Originally from a very small town in Michigan, Chelsea attended Western Michigan University majoring in dietetics and minoring in psychology. Chelsea graduated with honors and completed her honors thesis on the residential treatment of eating disorders. She completed her dietetic internship with New York-Presbyterian Hospital Systems. Chelsea is currently working towards certification as an eating disorder registered dietitian.
Chelsea began working with eating disorders when she joined the Advanced Recovery System team where she provided nutrition counseling and group support to teens and adults struggling with eating disorders and/or substance abuse. Prior to joining melainie rogers nutrition, llc, Chelsea worked at Veritas Collaborative where she provided intensive eating disorder treatment at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level of care for children ages 8-18. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian in various hospital settings providing general medical nutrition therapy.
Chelsea is passionate about helping individuals create a normalized and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
