Meal Planning in Eating Disorder Recovery

Wednesday, May 20th at 2pm (EDT)

When in recovery from an eating disorder recovery, the usage of a meal plan is a vital part of creating structure and rebuilding a healthy relationship with food. Meal planning is an important part of recovery from all eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and other specified feed and eating disorders.
