Breathe & Flow Yoga Class for EveryBODY

Live weekly on Wednesdays at 12:30pm (EDT) from April 29th-May 20th

For those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns, yoga can be a powerful practice in healing one's relationship to food and their body. Yoga encompasses physical postures or asana, breathing techniques known as pranayama, and mediation practices. These three practices can improve one’s ability to recognize the onset of anxiety, stop automatic thoughts, bring awareness to one's breath, feel present in their body, and most of all, to relax.

This weekly yoga practice is run by BALANCE Recovery Coach and 200HR RYT, Sher Zadok. This grounding yoga practice will focus on breathing and intention setting and is open to all, previous yoga experience or not.
